Refund policy

There is a maximum of 48 hours allowed to return our products. If you wish to return any product, you must contact us within 48 hours. The conditions for a product to be acceptable for return are as follows:

1. The product must be completely unused.
2. Products damaged by fire or due to the buyer's fault will not be accepted for return.
3. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery.
4. The purchase receipt must be provided.
5. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds:If your returned product is deemed acceptable for return after we receive it, Skyline Shopper will contact you within 7 working days. If accepted, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.

Shipping Return:If any defect is found in the product at the time of delivery, while the delivery person is present, you can return it.
